Quick chocolate cake

Set oven at 325 degrees

In a microwaveable bowl , put in 9ounces of semi sweet chocolate morsels and microwave 1 minute

Stir to get smooth and then mix in 4 egg yolks one at a time .

Mix egg whites until get Peaks off egg white

Fold egg whites into chocolate egg mix

Pour into a parchment lined cake pan

Bake about 30 minutes- test to see if done.
